Returns and Exchanges
Thank you for choosing Schmidt Workwear®! We appreciate you as a customer and hope you love our products as much as we enjoy creating them. However, if you need to return or exchange an order, please see our policies below:
Returns
You may return unused products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also refund the shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or if the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Return Policy Exclusions
Custom, monogrammed, embroidered, or other customized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before submitting.
Undergarments, socks, and hosiery may only be returned in new condition with tags attached.
Clearance, sale, or discounted items are final sale – no returns or exchanges permitted.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on gift cards. Please choose carefully as gift cards have no cash value and balances are non-refundable.
Receiving Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take great care in properly handling, packing, and shipping orders. However, mistakes can occasionally happen.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery so we can make it right.
We’ll provide a prepaid return label or RMA so you can send back the item at no cost to you. Once we confirm receipt, we’ll ship a replacement or issue a refund.

Shipping Information
Schmidt Workwear® aims to process and fulfill orders quickly and accurately. Please see below for details on shipping costs and delivery timelines.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees on purchases are based on the total cost of items in your cart. We offer free shipping on orders over $100.
For orders under $100, shipping costs are:
- $8.99 for orders up to $50
- $12.99 for orders $50.01-$99.99
Shipping to P.O. boxes or any destination outside the contiguous U.S. may incur additional charges. We’ll calculate the rate based on your location.
You’ll see the shipping costs for your order on the checkout page before completing the transaction.
Shipping Timeline
We process orders daily from Monday-Friday. Orders received before 2 p.m. EST will ship the same day. Orders received after this time will ship the next business day.
Once shipped, please allow the following timelines for delivery within the contiguous U.S:
- 3-6 Business Days for Standard Shipping
- 2-3 Business Days for Expedited Shipping
Weekend orders will be processed the next business day. Holidays and inclement weather may cause minor delays.
You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking number when your order ships so you can track the status.
International Shipping
We currently only ship to addresses within the United States. We hope to expand shipping internationally soon.
Customs, Duties, Taxes
When ordering from Schmidt Workwear®, your order may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, and brokerage fees levied by the destination country. These additional charges must be paid by you and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it may cause delays beyond the initial estimated delivery timeframe.
Online Order Cancellations and Modifications
Canceling Orders
If we have not yet shipped your order, we can accept cancellations and provide a full refund.
Orders canceled after shipment will be processed according to our Returns and Exchanges policy.
Modifying Orders
If we have not yet shipped your order, you may be able to modify the order details.
We’ll try our best to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee all modifications are possible.
Undeliverable Orders
If we are unable to complete delivery of an order due to an invalid address or other destination problem, we’ll issue a refund minus original shipping costs.
